Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent accumulation of combustible gas in a working table, by forming the pipe end position for sucking the working liquid in a discharge working device deformably in the working table while setting said suction pipe end to the position where the combustible gas is apt to accumulate. CONSTITUTION:An electrode 14 is brought near to a subject to be worked 22 while a work liquid supplier 16 is operated to jet the working liquid 10 through a jet pipe 26 into a working table 12, while simultaneously to such the working liquid 10 in said table 12 through a suction pipe 24. Here the nozzle 42 of the suction pipe 24 is positioned in a working hole 20 made through a work base 18 on said table 12. When providing flexible pipe 40 on the way of the suction tube 24, the nozzle 24 is set at the position where the combustible gas is apt to accumulate. The sludge produced through the discharge work and the combustible gas are sucked through said pipe 24 and exhausted.
