Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent an X-ray tube from being damaged by storing the anode accumulation heat quantity of the X-ray tube in a memory means and always grasping accurate anode accumulation heat quantity after the main power source is turned on. CONSTITUTION:A memory device 3 stores the allowable load value when an X-ray tube is driven in a short time, the allowable load value when the X-ray tube is continuously driven, and the data which indicates the residual heat quantity. The X-ray control section 4 which is connected to an input device 1 consists of a control unit 4a, irradiation check unit 4b, display unit 4c, and DC power supply unit 4d. Then the signals indicating the condition of actual used load which are supplied from the control unit 4a to drive the X-ray tube, other photographic signals, and fluroscopic signals are sent to the input/output device 1 and the operated by the central processing unit 2 based on the short time allowable load value or the continuous allowable load value which is stored in the memory device 3. When the result may damage the X-ray tube, signals are issued to the irradiation check unit 4b and the display unit 4c.
