Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable to utilize short pulse voltage under any conditions by inserting an inductance element between electrode elements to which pulse voltage is applied.
CONSTITUTION: When an appropriate inductance element is utilized in place of an insulator for overcoming such a difficult point that utilization of pulse voltage is limited due to incompleteness of an insulation support of an electrode element utilized in an ozonizer, an electric dust collector, a dust charging apparatus or the like, pulse voltage is transmitted on a conductive system as a travelling wave and, so far as surge impedance is sufficiently larger than that of the conductive system, because it is reflected to same polarization by said inductance element, as a result of constituting by a mechanically, physically and chemically durable metal inductance element, short pulse voltage can be utilized under any environments. A corona discharge electrode 6 is inserted into a coil spring 8 of the inductance element.
