Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a dot from being displaced in position and to lengthen the distance between a nozzle and a printing paper, by a method wherein the front of a nozzle is structured such that ink drop flies on the extension line of a jet axis. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary ring 33, having a pore 32 matching a nozzle diameter, is located in the proximity of a nozzle 24. This causes forming of an ink layer 28 into an uniform state on a nozzle jet axis, causes flying of ink particles 29 on an extension line 20 of the nozzle jet axis, and almost prevents a dot from being displaced in position. An auxiliary plate of t1 t2 can be used, or anozzle part of a head base plate 21 can also be cut into t1 t2 to obtain the same effect. An another method is such that a flat base plate 5 projects by a full length t3 from the head base plate 21, which results in forming an ink layer 28 into an uniform state on the nozzle jet axis, causing flying of the ink particles 29 on the extension line of the jet aixs, and almost preventing a dot from being displaced in position. By preventing the dot from being displaced in position, the lengthening of a distance between a nozzle and a printing paper can be realized.
