Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the caption device which does not rise heating temperatures beyond necessity and can laminate and glue metallic foils reliably by a method wherein an auxiliary heater including a high frequency induction heating coil is provided between a main heater and a press whlder for the metallic foil sheets. CONSTITUTION:A metalic foil sheet 10 is let to run continuously by a feed roller 12 in the direction of the arrow A and heated inductively, continuously by the main heater 14 installed near the runway. The auxiliary heater 26 including a high frequency induction heating coil arranged along the runway of the metallic foil sheet 10 is provided between the main heater 14 and the press welder comprising a heating roller 22. The metallic foil sheet 10 is heated by the main heater 14 at the temperature theta2 slightly higher than the temperature theta1 necessary for adhesion and maintains the necessary temperature theta1 when it is indroduced by the main heater 14 into the heating roller 22.
