Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the diametral size of a connection duct by connecting the first and second tanks respectively containing induction device bodies via the connection duct, and employing a barrier insulating connection leads with shields as leads when the leads are inserted into the duct as a split type stationary induction device. CONSTITUTION:A transformer body formed of cores 1A, 1B and coils 2A, 2B is respectively contained in two oil tanks 3A, 3B installed in parallel as a split type transformer, and side surfaces faced at a right angle in the parallel direction are connected via a connection duct 4 having telescopic joint 4a. Subsequently, barrier insulating connection leads 9 with shields are inserted into the duct 4, and is adjusted at the longitudinal position by bolts 10 provided at the duct 4. The leads 9 are formed of a conductor 9a, a barrier insulator 9b and a shielding bracket 9c, and the conductor 9a is electrically connected at both ends to the lead wires 5A, 5B of the coils 2a, 2B respectively. In this manner the duct 4 having normally large size can be reduced in size.
