PURPOSE:To reduce the number of stages of a shift register, by operating a group splitting a coefficient multiplier in a frequency equal to an output sampling frequency and an input data storage register in a frequency equal to an input sampling frequency. CONSTITUTION:An address selection circuit 14 which switches the contact between a shift register 10 and coefficient multipliers 3(0)-3(19) in a prescribed time distance is additionally provided, and the frequency of an input clock is made equal to a sampling frequency of an input data, and the frequency of output clock is made equal to the sampling frequency of an output data. Thus, the clock frequency can be lowered remarkably and the number of stages of a shift register can be decreased.
