CONSTITUTION:An input signal is sampled by a capacitor C1 at the timing of pulses phis, and its charging charge is divided by a capacitor C2 through a switch Q2 with pulses phi1 having a shorter period than that of pulses phis. According to a binary weight coefficient obtained from a weight coefficient circuit WT, whether the charging charge of the capacitor C2 is transferred to an integrating capacitor CB through the switch Q3 or discharged through a switch Q4 is determined.
