PURPOSE:To prevent an accident, such as an electric shock, by putting a detector in operation only when a connector projection part enters a socket recess part. CONSTITUTION:While a connector 9 is detached from a socket 11, the contact 35b of a detector 35 is opened and a switch circuit 15 is in off-operation, so that a power voltage is not applied to an electric contact 32. Then, an insertion pipe 22 is inserted into an insertion hole 31, the contact 32 is inserted into a metallic fitting 23, and a clamping ring 26 is screwed into a socket screw part 25, making a connection between the connector and socket 11. Simultaneously, a projected part 24 enters a recessed part 34 to push the operation part 35a of the detector 35, thereby making the contact 35b.
