Abstract

PURPOSE: To arrange a fine tube in regular sequence and to increase a coiled package size, by controlling the number of revolutions (expressed as rpm hereunder) of a receiving cage according to the rpm of a capstan drum at the time of throwing down a fine tube, drawn by a continuous drawing machine, into said cage in a looped form.
CONSTITUTION: At the time of throwing down a drawn fine tube 2 by a tensile force produced by winding the tube around the capstan drum 4 into a receiving cage 5, the rpm of the cage 5 is increased or decreased by a prescribed ratio with every prescribed number of revolutions of the drum 4. Therefore coil radius l of the packaged tube can be increased or decreased, i.e. the tube 2 can be moved in the radial direction of the cage 5, (inside or outside of the cage 5).
