Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a mechanically stable operating state and to obtain a large current capacity device by using a part wherein many metallic circular cylinders fixed on the same circumference at the vicinity of the outer periphery of the rotary disk of an insulating material. CONSTITUTION:The rotary disk 3 is rotated by a motor or other means. Since the conductive circular cylinders 1 located at the divided part of a low voltage inductor 4' are contacted with a belt 5, the potential of said cylinders is at a ground potential. When said conductive circular cylinders move clockwise in the inductor with the rotation of the disk 3, a positive charge appears on the surface of the circular cylinders 1 by electrostatic induction. The positively charge cylinders 1 enter an inductor 4'' in a high voltage part, and a constant current is supplied to the high voltage part.
