Abstract
PURPOSE:To carry out efficient heat treatment and to improve magnetic characteristics and flatness, by laying a plurality of Sendast thin plates cut to a necessary length one on top of another with a piling up jig. CONSTITUTION:The piling up jig 2 having square holes 2b perforated in its plate body 2a is placed on a heat-treating jig 1 made of a heat resistant material such as ceramics. Next, Sendast thin plates cut to necessary dimensions 3 are put one upon another into square holes 2b to a uniform height. Subsequently the jig 2 is removed and another heat-treating jig 1' is placed on the thin plates 3. Further a weight 4 is placed on them and thus the thin plates 3 are heat-treated.
