CONSTITUTION: The plural pieces of blades are fixed to the disc part 2 by the pins 6. The connecting member 5 consisting of the coil springs 25 and the cocylindrical sleeve 35 and the overhangs 6 of blades 1 are combined. When a driving blade rotates, the sleeve 35 is pushed out upward by centrifugal force to come in contact with the lower outer circle of the coil springs 25. A contact area becomes large because contact is brought into at each winding layer of the coil springs. Thus, as a stretching force may be given to the connecting member 5 by the elasticity of the springs, the desired characteristic vibratory characteristics are possible to be acquired to lead to a control of vibration.
