CONSTITUTION:A magnetic layer is made to contain a amino-modified organic silicone compound which has a hydrocarbon group with an amino group, superior in affinity with a binder, in a principal chain or in the principal chain and at both its terminals as shown by the right general formula [where R1 and R2 are -CH3 or -R3NH2, R3 is a hydrocarbon group of C1-C26, and (n1), (n2), and n1+n2 are 0-1,000, 1-500, and <=1,000].
