Abstract
PURPOSE:To effectively suppress vibration of machine legs by providing additional weights to a vibratory machine such as a forging hammer, and thereby imposing exciting force of inertia. CONSTITUTION:A forging hammer 2 has working parts including an anvil 3 and a hammer 4, and is installed with several legs 6 anchored to the foundation 7. To apply this device to such a forging hammer 2, disturbance offsetters 8 are fixed to each leg. A side from a casing 9 fixed to the leg 6 the offsetter 8 has a counterbalance 11, the position of which is adjustable up and down by means of a servo valve 12 contained in the casing 9. The servovalve 12 is equipped with an actuator 13, through which the counterbalance 11 is moved. Driving of the servo valve 12, that is, the direction of the counterbalance 11 displacement is set to the direction counteracting the vibration force of the working parts 5.
