Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a PG (one pulse signal generating every turn of a rotor) with a fewer detecting elements than conventional ones, by logically processing the signals from three positioning detection elements of a three-phase commutatorless motor having four or more magnetic poles. CONSTITUTION:Each positioning detection signal from positioning detection elements 6-8 become signals (A)-(C) through differential amplifiers 11a-13a, and waveform shapers 11b-13b. The signals (A)-(C), inversional signals against the signals (A)-(C) by inverters 15-17, and driving control signals (D)-(F) to a stator winding by AND gates 18-20 can be obtained. Next, an RSFF circuit 22 having a reset priority is set by the logical level 0 of the signal (A) to obtain a signal (G) by resetting the RSFF circuit by the logical level 0 of a signal (E). A signal (H) delivering logical level 1 every turn of a rotor and during thetaA+thetaB'- thetaA+thetaB'+thetaA' period only by an AND gate 23 using the signal (G) and the signal (A) as input.
