Abstract

PURPOSE: To raise a dissolved-oxygen amount in water, by spraying deep-layer water into a sealed box body mixing the deep-layer water with the air to form bubble-mixed water, further mixing the bubble-mixed water with the air sucked into the center section of an impeller by a vane-wheel, and spraying the mixture as superfine bubble-mixed water.
CONSTITUTION: During the rotation of a vane-wheel 1, the air is sucked into the center section of an impeller 2 with use of a difference between a low-pressure vacuum condition generated at the center section and the atmospheric pressure. On the other hand, deep-layer water is sprayed through a jet nozzle 14 into a sealed box body 9 under the low-pressure vacuum condition by a hydraulic pressure difference between the hydraulic pressure of the deep-layer water and the low pressure in the box body. At this time, the air is sucked through the ejecting air-suction pipe 16 of a diffuser 17 by the ejecting action of the jet stream and mixed with the jet spray water. Thereafter, the air sucked through the air-suction pipe into the center section of the impeller is further mixed with said bubble-mixed water in the vane-wheel 1 by the rotation of the impeller 2, to form superifine bubble-mixed water. The superfine bubble-mixed water is sprayed to the periphery of the vane-wheel. Thus, a dissolved-oxygen amount in the water is raised.
