PURPOSE:To enable to restrict the connection in case of an incoming call designated by a subscriber, by storing the information of a specific incoming call through the designation of a subscriber and comparing the information between a new incoming call and the stored call. CONSTITUTION:An incoming call information detected in a main trunk COT is temporarily stored in an incoming call information section (DET) via an operator trunk OPT. Next, after the incoming call is connected to an extension A, if a called party judges it as a malicious call, when a specific number is dialed, it is transferred to a central processing unit (CC) via the trunk COT and line storage is instructed to the DET. Further, if incoming call is present from the same caller, the coincidence information with the stored information at the DET is transferred to the CC to transmit the channel restoring instruction to make connecting hold to a channel controller SWC, and the incoming link of a switch network NW is restored. Or, a busy tone can be delivered for the purpose. Thus, a called party can reject a malicious call without unpleasant feeling.
