Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the strength of a bushing, and to prevent the flooding phenomenon, by extending the wall of each small hole of the bushing downward to form a protruded part, wherein the lower end surface of said protruded part is horizontal and the outer circumference of said part is perpendicular to the lower end surface. CONSTITUTION:The bottom plate 1 of the bushing A is provided with a number of small holes 2,2..., and the lower surface 3 of the bottom plate 1 is protruded integrally with the plate 1 and forming a protruded part 4 surrounding each of the small holes 2. The lower end surface 5 of the protruded part 4 is horizontal, and the protruded height (h) beyond the lower surface 3 is 0.2-1mm., pref. 0.3-0.7mm.. The outer circumference 6 of the protruded part 4 is formed perpendicular to the lower end surface 5. When the height (h) of the protruded part is <=0.2mm., the flooding of the glass fiber occurs, and when it is >=1mm., the separation of the glass fibers integrated by flooding becomes difficult.
