Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform liquefaction and recovery of evaporated gas in the tank with a simplified setup, by connecting the pipe, introducing evaporated gas into the liquefaction device, to the inert gas introducing piping. CONSTITUTION:Evaporated gas in the tank is collected utilizing the inert gas introducing piping by connecting the pipe 53 introducing evaporated gas into the liquefaction device to the inert gas introducing piping 51, 52. The inert gas introducing piping, which was used only to introduce inert gas into a tank 7 of the ship, is now used also to lead the evaporated gas into the liquefaction device. Thus, a substantial reduction of piping installation is achieved.
