Abstract
PURPOSE:To inform a succeeding car of the fact that a preceeding car brakes to a quick stop by detecting the hydraulic pressure of a brake hydraulic system, converting it into its corresponding electrical signal, and controlling lamp current corresponding to this electrical signal. CONSTITUTION:A strain gage type hydraulic detector 2a which converts a hydraulic change into an electrical signal is provided at a hydraulic system 1 which transmits the actuation of a brake pedal to the brake and this output end is connected to the positive phase input end of a differential amplifier 4 through a bias resistor 3a. On the other hand, a strain gage type hydraulic detector 2b which has an offset output as the reference source of the reference voltage is connected to the inverse phase input end of the differential amplifier 4 through the first gain setting resistor 3b. Besides, the output end of the differential amplifier 4 is connected to the base of a transistor 5. One end of a brake lamp 8 is connected to a brake switch 7 and the other end to the transistor 5.
