Then, the assembly 15 consists of a member 16 adsorbed to the magnet 7, a set plate 17 which is freely movable in the axis center direction and fitted to the outer circumference of the member 16, and a spring 19 which is interposed between the plate 17 and member 16 and presses the plate 17 in the rotary disk direction. While the member 16 is being adsorbed to the magnet 7, the plate 17 is press-contacted with the disk 7 by the force of the spring 19, thus fixing the disk 6 on the base 14.
