Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to design a high temperature heating in the captioned high frequency heating apparatus with an electric heater by a method wherein the heat generating body of the heater is sealed within a tubular heat resistant insulator while the latter is arranged within an auxiliary heating chamber separated from a main heat chamber with a partition plate.
CONSTITUTION: The heater is formed in such a manner that a filament 1 made of a high melting point material such as tungsten or the like and attached with molybdenum lead wires 2 at both ends thereof is housed within a bulb 3 made of quartz or crystallized glass and both ends of the bulb 3 are sealed at the intermediate parts of the lead wires 2, respectively. In this case, an inert gas 4 such as argon gas is sealed within the bulb 3 after the bulb is made vacuum. This heater is provided in the auxiliary heating chamber 8 separated with the partition plate 5. The lead wires 2 are connected to exterior lead wires 10 through sleeves 11 and the both sealed end parts 16 of the bulb 3 are placed at the outside of the auxiliary heating chamber 8.
