Abstract
PURPOSE:To considerably enhance the adhesion and strength by spraying a spraying material consisting of almost equivalent Cr and Ni on a base material and holding the sprayed material at a specified temp. for a specified time to carry out after- heat-treatment. CONSTITUTION:A plasma spraying material consisting of 50% Cr and 50% Ni is sprayed on a base material and held at about 700 - about 800 deg.C for about 1 - about 100hr to carry out after-heat-treatment for enhancing the adhesion of the sprayed layer. Thus, not only the adhesion but also the strength is enhanced considerably.
