Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve reliability of turbine strength against a thrust of rotary blades, by setting arrangement of the rotary blade dovetails of an axial entry type turbine, in a contiguration inclined to the wheel shaft.
CONSTITUTION: This turbine rotaty blade shall be built up, by fabricating a wheel dovetail 4 with an inclination to the wheel 3 by a certain angle θ on one hand, while forming a rotary blade dovetail 2 of π shaped section with the same inclination before assembling this dovetail 2 along the wheel dovetail 4. Thus provided inclination angle θ can contribute to decrease the resistances T and T' acting on the rotary blade stopper 8 and insert strip 6 subjected to the thrust T caused by a pressure difference between the entrance and exit of a rotary blade, down to Tcosθ. Accordingly, the reliability of strength of insert trip 6 etc. which support the thrust, can be well improved.
