Abstract

PURPOSE:To detect an analog output equipment being troubled on the whole, by switching analog output voltages through an analog multiplexer and comparing it with a reference voltage. CONSTITUTION:With the signal of an ADDRESS.BUS, a point address decoder 9 selects an analog output point and then selects a buffer register 5 to write digital data. This data is converted by an A/D converter 6 and outputted 8 via an output buffer amplifier 7. Simultaneously, a point address and an analog output signal are inputted to an analog MPX10. The MPX inputs the selected output to a comparator 12 by the point address. The comparator compares the input with the voltages of a reference power source 11 and when the error is large, sets an FF13. The output of the FF undergoes DATA.BUSVON.BUS with respect to a failure signal.
