Abstract
PURPOSE: To filtrate sand continuously by destroying a dirt substance layer generated in a lower feeding part with an agitation brade to form a slurry destroying layer and forming an ascending flow inhibition layer to send the dirt substances and a filter medium with a down agitation brade set on the lower part of the filter layer.
CONSTITUTION: When undiluted slurry with high concentration is fed from a feeding inlet 2, dirt substances are stayed around the feeding inlet 2 and consolidated. Therefore, an air lift pipe 6 inside of a tank 1 is rotated at a low speed by a driving part 13 and a slurry destroying part (d) to prevent the dirt substances from being consolidated is formed with an agitation brade 14 set on the comparatively lower part of the feeding port 2 of the pipe 6. In addition, a down agitation brade 15 is attached to the lower end of the clean filter layer (a) of the air lift pipe 6 to prevent the clean filter layer (a) from being destroyed by rotating the brade 15 and form a ascending stream inhibition layer (b) sending both the dirt substances and a filter medium 3 downward.
