Abstract
PURPOSE:To automatically determine whether a go stone contains a magnet correctly in place immediately after the manufacture by feeding the go stone containing the magnet to a magnetic sensor one at a time to detect magnetism thereof. CONSTITUTION:As a motor 6 rotates to move a delivery plate 8 horizontally, a go stone 1 is put into a through hole 9 one at a time from a lower end opening of a hopper 5 and taken out to slide over the top surface of a table 10 to a drop hole 11. A magnetic sensor 13 of a quality discriminator/distributor 12 is provided in the conveying course to detect magnetism of the go stone 1 being carried right under the magnetic sensor 13. The detection output is transmitted to a quality discriminator circuit 14 to determine whether or not a magnet 3 in the go stone 1 is held in a specified polarity and a correct position. When determined to be accepted, it is thrown into a container 23 on a rotary table 22 with the tilting of a shutter 20 to the side a. When it is rejected, it is thrown into another container with the shutter 20 tilted to the side b.
