Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the irregularity of pattern caused by uneven pressure, uneven penetration of dye and uneven tone of color by a method wherein a roll for gluing the web of cloth to be printed which is interlocked with the vertical movement of a frame on which a screen pattern is mounted is provided and the roll is caused to uniformly glue the web of cloth to be printed on an endless belt. CONSTITUTION:To cause a roll 5 for gluing to interlock with the vertical movement of a frame 6 for mounting a screen pattern, they are connected with an arm 8 of which fulcrum A is fixed. By the principles of lever, when the frame 6 ascends, the roll 5 for gluing is caused to descend, rotate and press, and when the frame 6 descends, the roll 5 for gluing is caused to ascend and become free condition. By this arrangement, such problems as linear penetration of gluing agents for cloth and uneven pressure of pattern at the time of stopping of an endless belt 3 will be eliminated.
