Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve accuracy and lower costs by forming a Roberval's parallel motion mechanism with a pair of spacers of a deck plate shape. CONSTITUTION:There are raised parts 4 at the top and bottom of deck plate shaped plates 1, and the notched parts 8 and recesses 6 of spring plates 2 are inserted into these, whereby the plates are located. Next, the parts 4 are staked or back plates 3 are placed and the detaining recesses 5 thereof are inserted onto the parts 5 to determine the positions among the plates 1, the plates 2 and the plates 3. These are mutually fixed by such methods as performing resistance welding between the plates 1 and the plates 3, or seam welding between the plates 2 and the plates 3, and between the plates 1 and the plates 2, whereby a Roberval's parallel motion mechanism is formed. Load is measured by reading the strain values by the deformations of the plates 2 from the resistance values of strain gages 9.
