Cuttings and the fine dust blown off by the air guns 36, 36' to a suction hood 28 are sucked through the suction hood 38 by a suction force of a turbo fan 16, and goes into a dust cleaner 12 through a flexible hose 11. At this time, the light fine dust flies upward so as to be filtered by a dust collecting pipe 15, and the clean air is discharged outside through a discharge port 39. Heavy cuttings accumulate on a a bottom plate 24, and are taken out through a door 26.
