CONSTITUTION:When a power cylinder is utilized for a chuck, for example, a piston 1 loads its tip 1' by means of oil of a certan pressure supplied from an oil hole 5. In this case, the piston 1 is stopped at some position due to occurence of a work of the chuck to grasp material. A right hand chamber 7 is full of oil of predetermined pressure, and the container and the piston 1 are rotated. In the peripheral direction of the right chamber 7, the pressure due to rotation is produced maintaining a certain relationship with the number of rotations in addition to supplied pressure, therefore, an operator valve 9 produces a difference in pressure between the periphery part of the right chamber 7 and oil holes 6, 5, which are intercepted by means of a seat 10. Stabilization of accuracy and certainty of operation can be realized by this constitution.
