Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a signal voltage dividing circuit having high accuracy, by connecting the 1st and 2nd switches which are formed by combining a switch having the 1st and 2nd contacts and the capacitance and extracting the voltage of the joint by holding the sample. CONSTITUTION:The other end of each of the capacitances 8 and 15 having an earthed end respectively is switched to the 1st and 2nd contact 18 or 19 and 20 or 21 by means of the switches 7 and 14. The contact 18 is used for a signal input, and the contact 21 is earthed. At the same time, a switch 25 is connected to the joint between the contacts 19 and 20. The switching between the contacts 26 and 27 is controlled by a clock signal 9 so that the switch 25 is connected to a terminal 14 when the switches 7 and 14 are connected to the contacts 19 and 20, respectively. Then the voltage of the terminal 14 is sampled by the switch 25 and held at a holding capacitance 17 to reduce the effect to the signal emerging at a terminal 28 although the stress capacitances 22 and 23 of the switches 7 and 14 exist.
