Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce a cost of a device, and to easily execute its maintenance, by making each light emission of plural unit light sources irradiate the whole surface to be irradiated substantially, and providing a correcting filter on at least one of said light sources. CONSTITUTION:This device is constituted so that each light emission of plural unit light sources is irradiated on the whole surface to be irradiated substantially, also a spectrum correcting filter is provided on at least of said plural light sources, and the overall spectrum distribution on the surface to be irradiated, which is obtained as the sum totoal of light emission from each unit light source becomes as desired. For instance, light beams radiated from unit light sources 1a-1c are refelcted by reflectors 2a-2c, etch of them passes through integral optical systems 3a-3c, and is irradiated within the substantially same range on a surface to be irradiated 4. Also, a desired spectrum distribution is obtained by putting together spectral characteristics of each correcting filter 5a-5c, therefore, a filter whose tolerance is large can be also used.
