PURPOSE:To allow the transmission/reception with a terminal only for a specific person, by transmitting an allowance signal through a comparing part where the identification information of the data reading requester when the coincidence is obtained between the identification information and the identification information given from a storage part. CONSTITUTION:When a data recording request 1 is detected at a detecting part 2, the data reading request information 3 is fed to a comparing part 4 from the part 2. At the part 4, the identification information on a person who is allowed to read the data is read out of a storage part 6 in the form of the data reading allowance information 5. This information is compared with the information of the data reading requester which is received as the information 3. When the coincidence is obtained from the above-mentioned comparison, an allowance signal 7 is fed to a transfer part 9. The part 9 transfers the data 8 to the data reading requester based on the signal 7. Thus only a specific person is allowed to perform the transmission/reception with the terminal which stores the data.
