Abstract

PURPOSE:To remove offset voltage and perform highly accurate sample holding by applying input voltage to an output stage operating amplifier forming a sample holding circuit in addition to an input stage operating amplifier through a switch. CONSTITUTION:A sample holding circuit consists of input and output stage operating amplifiers 3, 4 forming feedback circuits respectively, a capacitor C1, etc. and input voltage is applied to the inversional terminal of the amplifier 4 through a switch S2. If the switch S2 is closed together with a switch S1 at the time of tracking mode, the input voltage is applied to the amplifier 4 and the voltage having no influence of the offset voltage of the amplifier 3 is outputted from the amplifier 4, so that the sample holding circuit is made a highly accurate one.
