CONSTITUTION:A groove 6 is provided on a surface where it is connected with the stem of a base 5 and an adhesive 7 is applied to the groove 6. Since the adhesive 7 can be applied to the guide of the groove6, it will not flow in a low spot such as a pin hole 8 but form itself in a swollen shape in the groove 6. Accordingly, when an outer pin is inserted into the pin hole 8, the pin can be inserted without the insulating adhesive sticking to the pin. Consequently, when the pin is inserted into a socket and the like, and electricity is applied, inferior conduction will not occur.
