CONSTITUTION:A disc equipped with a sample vessel 2... that accommodates a serum, etc., and a reaction vessel 3... is rotated intermittently to stop at each position in correspondence to a collecting nozzle 4, a reagent adding nozzle 5, a reaction liquid suction nozzle 6, a remaining liquid suction nozzle 7, and a cleaning nozzle 8, etc. Further, the collection of a sample such as a serum to the vessel 3, the injection of reagents, the production of a liquid to be tested by a chemical reaction between a sample and reagents are performed.
