PURPOSE:To keep one of second readings in an analog/digital timepiece from changing with correection of the other second reading places by keeping the differentiation circuit that differentiate the output of frequency division circuit from operating when the second reading places of the analogy or digital of an analog/digital timepiece are corrected. CONSTITUTION:When, in order to make a correction for the digital timepiece second reading, a signal to correct second reading is input to signal 8, a second counter 4 for the digital timepiece and a frequency division circuit 2 are reset, and at the same time the output of an OR gate 5 is added to D-type FF10 is reset and the gate 11 is prohibited to output and its output as a differentiating circuit is not delivered.
