Abstract
PURPOSE: To take out a high temperature combustion exhaust gas which contains no solids such as cinders and the like by forming a combustion cylinder in annular shape, connecting thereto a granular material pressure feeding device from the tangential direction of said combustion cylinder and automatically and continuously burning the granular material.
CONSTITUTION: When the granular material pressure feeding device 13 is driven, granular materials such as rice chaff and the like are supplied to the annular combustion cylinder 4, the combustion chamber is filled with rice chaff. Then, when the rice chaff at the upper part of the combustion chamber are ignited, and air is introduced through an air supply port 6, air passes through a hole 21 and spaces between the rice chaff and flows into a combustion chamber 24 to burn the rice chaff. At the same time, a gas containing combustible components is introduced through a hole 16 of an air feed cylinder 11 into the combustion chamber 24, and further is extracted to the combustion chamber 24 through a hole 10 of the annular plate 3 and a hole 16 of the air feed cylinder 11. Therefore, the rice chaff being burnt at the upper part of the combustion chamber are burnt secondarily. If the granular material pressure feed device 13 is continuously operated, the rice chaff are supplied within the combustion chamber from the lower part, and the combustion of the rice chaff at the upper part are maintained.
