Abstract

When the existence of an obstacle is found ahead on the running route, the operator runs up to the running vehicle and operates a manual stop switch 8 to stop the vehicle for emergency. After removing the obstacle from the running route or changing the route set of a program switch 6, the departure switch 7 is operated to start the vehicle again. If the vehicle cannot run freely for some cause, it is moved by pushing a handle 9 manually or by drawing by a tractor, to a desired position after releasing the brake by the operation of an independently provided brake release switch.
