Abstract
PURPOSE:To detect the occurrence of abnormal oscillation and its factor by finding the extent of the shift of an oscillation waveform, detected from a rotary machine, from that of a sine wave. CONSTITUTION:An operating device 1 finds a rotational frequency signal 101 from a rotation detection signal 100. A filter 2 extracts a rotational frequency component from an oscillation signal 102 to obtain a filtered signal close to a sine wave. A synchronizing pulse generator 3 generates a pulse every time when the signal 103 changes in polarity, and a sine-wave generating circuit 4 outputs a sine-wave signal 105 with a rotational frequency synchronously with the signal 104 of said generated pulse. After a standardized signal 106 generated by a standardizing circuit 5 inputting the signal 102 is supplied to an operating device 6 to find its difference from the inphase signal 105, the integration is started synchronously with the signal 104 and stopped one period later. An abnormal factor deciding device 7 decides the magnitude of the integral value signal 107 and outputs an abnormal factor signal 108.
