Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase a heat resistance and a thermal shock resistance by forming a binder through mixing ferromagnetic material powder with the resin comprising copolymer containing polyamide and rubber in the ferromagnetic substance available for magnet power generator. CONSTITUTION:Strontium ferrite magnet powder is mixed with the resin comprising a copolymer containing polyamide and rubber and the mixed substance is kneaded by a pressing kneader at 200 deg.C substantially, thereafter it is transformed into a pellet. Subsequently, the pellet is transformed into a ring shaped magnet 11 by extrusion in the magnetic field at 250 deg.C substantially. The ring shaped magnet 11 is fixed by using a bolt 13 to a ferromagnetic cylinder Yoke 12 available for a magnet power generator.
