CONSTITUTION:Pressure applying means (piezo electric elments 1a, 1b, 1c and oscillating plates 2a, 2b, 2c) are provided on the pressure applying means mounting parts 18 in the respective ends of ink chambers 16. When the pressure transmitting distances la, lb, lc of the oscillating plates 2a, 2b, 2c to the communicating hole 5 have a relation la<lb<lc, a low voltage driving can be performed in one device for driving frequencies of plural kinds.
