Abstract
PURPOSE:To produce the rubber connector of high dimensional accuracy continuously and stably, by fixing the sheet like raw material of rubber connector on a loading plate at an unstressed state, then sending said loading plate quantitatively and cutting said material with a shearing blade. CONSTITUTION:The sheet like raw material of rubber connectors 1 laminated with flexible insulating members (suitably, silicone rubber) 2 and electroconductive members (suitably, silicone rubber insulating member mixed with silver powder etc.) 3 is fixed on a loading plate (suitably, nylon resin made one etc.) 4 at an unstressed state with a fixing means (suitably, double-side adhesive tape) 6 etc., then it is cut with a shearing blade (suitably, 0.1-0.8mm. thickness) 7 being repeated to shift the loading plate 4 by a certain amount. Also, it is preferable that the inside part of the both edges 8 of the raw material 1 is cut and separated with two roll cutters 9 kept at a distance L2 after cutting the midle part of raw material 1 with the shearing blade 7 having a shorter blade length L2 than the width L3 of the raw material 1 in order to improve dimensional accuracy and productivity.
