CONSTITUTION:A basic model 2 consisting of plaster is stored in a frame 3, and a core 4 is provided, and a slurry 5 is flowed between the core 4 and the model 2 and is solidified. The slurry 5 consists of the mixture between A2O3.ZrO2.SiO2 powder and ethyl silicate as a tackifier or the like. The solidified slurry 5 is sintered in a furnace, and a water glass 8 is applied on the surface and is allowed to permeate, and the slurry is hardened in CO2, thus obtaining a melt- sprayed model 6 consisting of a ceramic part 7. By this glass 8, the difficulty of formation of a thick melt-sprayed layer due to the roughness of the part 7 is eliminated, and the fragility of the part 9 is covered. A hard metal is melt- sprayed to a surface 9 of the glass 8 to form a layer 10; and in this case, water of crystallization and matters of thermal decomposition are not scattered from the model at a high temperature. After the layer 10 is backed with a backing material 12, and the model 6 is removed by destruction, thus obtaining a pressure die having the layer 10.
