Abstract
PURPOSE:To avoid the vibration of a supporting system to ensure the stable vibration and at the same time to facilitate and easy production for a piezoelectric element, by implanting a metallic supporting wire to a basement made of a high molecular material to support the piezoelectric oscilltor. CONSTITUTION:A basement 6 is molded by a high molecular material 4', and a metallic supporting wire 2 is pierced through the basement 6 to fix the basement. A hollow part is formed at the upper side of the basement 6, i.e. at the part toward a tuning fork type piezoelectric oscilltor 1. Then the base part of the oscillator 1 is put into said hollow part. Thus the material 4' of the basement 6 fixes the positional relation to the wire 2 and at the same time adheres close the besement 6 and the wire 2 to each other. The thickness is naturally increased at the part where the wire 2 is implanted since the material 4' forms the basement 6. As a result, the ultrasonic energy propagating the wire 2 can be suddenly attenuated.
