Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the speed control of a piston by providing two cylinders having an air chamber at one side of the piston while an oil chamber at the other side then coupling both cylinders while facing the oil chambers and placing a diaphragm in said coupling oil path. CONSTITUTION:When operating in the high speed feeding, an exchange valve 7 is exchangeed to the up-side to feed the air pressure from an air pressure source 15 through a piping 17 into an air chamber 4a in a cylinder 1a. Consequently a piston 2a is moved to the left to increase the oil pressure in an oil chamber 5a thereby the oil in the oil chamber 5a will flow through the oil paths 12, 13 into the oil chamber 5b of a cylinder 1b. The increase of the oil pressure in said oil chamber 5b will cause to move the piston 2b to the left thereby the air in the air chamber 4b of the cylinder 1b is discharged through a piping 18 into the atmosphere. Since the oil path gate valve 8 is located at the down side, the oil is moved quickly from the chamber 5a to the chamber 5b thus to move the piston 2b quickly.
