Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit the titled device to evaluate detected results highly accurately regardless of low contrast by sending successively corrected photoelectric outputs as analog signals from a storage element which stores data for correcting the dispersion of the characteristics of photoelectric converting elements to an operation evaluating device. CONSTITUTION:An image picking-up optical system 11 forms the image of a subject on a light receiving surface on which a photoelectric converting element group 12 is arrayed. A driver circuit 13 generates driving clocks for the element group 12 and also drives a counter 14. Correcting data in storing locations of a storage element 15 which are specified by the counter 14 are inputted successively to a D/A converter 16. The output of the converter 16 is supplied to one input terminal of a differential amplifier 17 and the output of the element group is supplied to the other input terminal. The amplifier 17 executes the analog operation between an output from each element of the element group 12 and a correcting data corresponding to the output and supplies the corrected output of the element group 12 to an operation evaluating device as an analog signal.
