CONSTITUTION:A cam 36 forwarding a head plate into the play state is provided incorporatedly for a power assisting cam gear 35 where a part of the outer circumference gear is missing, and a power assisting operation plate 38 implanted with a roller pin 37 coupled with the cam 36 is guided for one side with a guide hole 1e of a chassis 1 with a guide pin 39 implanted at one end, and one side surface of another end is contacted with a rotary shaft 40 of the gear 35 and slid and guided, and the plate 38 is slid toward the same direction as the sliding direction of the head plate 22 with a long circular hole 38a having larger diameter than that of a rotary shaft 40 by taking the guide pin 30 as a center.
